Ellie started her real estate career in 1992 in Silicon Valley, California. She’s maintained her license in California since then, however also became licensed to practice real estate in Hawaii in 2013. Seeing the need to take the next step in her real estate career, Ellie obtained her broker’s license in 2021. Windward Properties was proud to make her the broker-in-charge for the firm. She assists the principle broker in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the other agents within the firm. So far, the span of Ellie’s real estate career has enabled her to be involved with all kinds of transactions and situations, giving her the knowledge and expertise to assist a multitude of clients. She especially has an eye for identifying properties with good investment potential.
Lauren has been a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® since 2014. Along with the multiple training courses she’s attended over the years, she benefits from the wealth of knowledge from her teammate, Ellie, brings to the table. Lauren has experience representing sellers, first-time home buyers, relocation sales, PCS sales, 1031 exchange sales, affordable housing sales, and property management.
Our combined strengths include negotiation, problem solving, financial planning, communication, personal relations, spotting a good investment, local market insight, helping clients make informed decisions under pressure, and enthusiasm.

Whether it is personally painting or cleaning a rental, spot cleaning a listing between showings, doing small repairs, taking our own pictures for advertising properties, standing in line for clients to get first choice on a new build, etc., we do it because we care.
