A little about ourselves
The Ambrocio Team, consists of Ellie Ambrocio (mother) and Lauren Folsland (daughter).

Ellie came to Hawaii from the Philippines when she was 13 years old and lived in Ewa Plantation. She moved to California for college, became a chemist/REALTOR®, and raised her family in the small town of Saratoga. She eventually transitioned to selling real estate full time when she discovered this was her true passion. In 2011, she moved back to Hawaii and got her Hawaii license in 2013 while still holding a current California Real Estate license. She often flies back to facilitate transactions and manage her rentals there. Ellie is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the business and can’t stop trying to help people with their real estate needs. She loves showing houses, negotiating for clients, and helping them think outside of the box to make owning a property or investment property possible.

After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising Los Angeles in 2012 Lauren moved to Hawaii and got her Real Estate license in 2014 along with starting up an eco-friendly active wear clothing line called Inside Out Active. After the birth of her daughter in 2020 she has shut down the business but continues to work primarily as a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®. What she most enjoys about the business is the excitement of the journey and celebrating wins with clients like finding them the perfect home, closing a sale, handing keys to a new owner, finding a great tenant, and getting to share life with people.
We currently help facilitate home purchases and sales on all of the Hawaiian islands and rental management on Oahu. So, give us a call! |
